Brief introduction

This is a semi auto face mask ear loop or elastic welding machine.
Face Mask Elastic or Ear Loop Welding Machine is used to continue to weld ear-loop on the both ends of the mask body to complete a face mask.
Manually place face mask body pieces into the box of conveyor belt. The elastic on both ends of face masks will automatically convey and cut.
It is controlled by PLC and operated by touch screen. Counting is automatic and adjustable. We produce Inner ear-loop welding machine, outer ear-loop welding machine, head hanging ear-loop welding machine, folded mask ear-loop welding machine for the customers demand.

It can be operated either in semi-auto mold with 2 operators per a machine or combined with a blank mask making machine via connection systems to turn them into a full auto. mold which is able to save significant manpower. The structure of the machine is made by aluminium alloy. Thanks to its PLC & servo driving system which provide programmable and accurate movements during the machine in operation.
