The decoiler consists of drum, seat and transmission system, which is a single support cantilever.The drum consists of a support shaft, a wedge slide, four bow panels embedded in the wedge slide, and rotating hydraulic cylinders. The hydraulic cylinder is fixed at the rear of the support shaft and rotates with the drum, with rod longitudinal support, and the main spindle (40Cr, quality conditioning) connected to the wedge slide. Pull rod push wedge sliding seat sliding, the bow plate under the action of inclined wedge.
The transmission system drives the drum rotation, consisting of 4KW AC motor, transmission gear, etc., the roller cylinder lifting and cylinder Φ150*130mm.
The main function of the drive system is to actively release the material head and recycle the coil. During the online operation, the coil rotation is dragged by the clip traction machine, and the air holds the disc brake.

Front Looper pit & bridge
The transition bridge spans the ends of the pit and consists of hydraulic swing intermediate bridge and curved support composed of several rollers. When the material head moves forward, the middle bridge is arranged to facilitate overfeeding. When the material head is clamped into the roller, the middle bridge is placed to form a storage trap.The live sleeve makes the lateral rigidity of the plate material smaller, easy to guide the plate material direction, the other can buffer the speed difference between the tractor and the longitudinal shear machine.
Slitting Machine
The slitting machine is made of steel plate, casting seat, synchronous gearbox, universal joint drive, and spiral lifting device.
The upper and lower knife shaft are actively rotating, Φ180mm × 1350mm, material: 42Cr, processing, grinding and hard chromium.Motor pendulum needle motor

Electric Control System
The production line adopts three-phase five-line AC 380V, the grid voltage fluctuation should not exceed ± 10%, the control power is AC 220V and DC 24V.The whole line conducts logic and real-time control over the whole line with PLC. In order to prevent the accidental loss of the PLC program and affect the normal production, the program also provides the EEPROM program memory that can be saved for a long time and can be rewritten except for power saving with RAM.DC control system is used to drive traction clip motor, longitudinal shear motor and winding motor. With the longitudinal shear motor as the main speed, through the sampling comparison of open coil speed, winding speed and longitudinal shear speed (completed by PLC), the traction clip transmitter, longitudinal shear machine and winder are basically synchronized in the process of automatic operation. The rotation speed of the three motors can also be adjusted manually.
